There is no right time, only right now

A writer who waits for ideal conditions under which to work will die without putting a word on paper. – E.B. White

This quote from the author of Charlotte’s Web struck me as especially poignant today.  The day’s only half over, but I’ve already done work for clients in three different locations.  None of them are my *perfect* place to get work done, but each of them provides me with the space to turn out a thoughtfully written piece for my projects.  In fact, I’d say I’m so used to working under less-than-perfect conditions that I’m not sure I’d get much done in a perfect world!

How about you, dear reader?  Are you waiting for the perfect moment to get going on a new project or reach out to a new writer?  It might not be coming anytime soon.  Even if now doesn’t seem like the proverbial “right time” to get started, now is the only time we have.  Why not do it now?  Whatever you’ve been putting off, take a minute to get the ball rolling.  You may be surprised at the results that a little action can bring, and surprised at how even things done at the “wrong” moment turn out to be all right in the end.
